We have more than 13,500 homes in ownership across Merseyside and Cheshire and employ over 500 people, with an asset value in excess of £570m. We are proud members of the 5% Club with over 5% of our workforce made up of apprentices, graduate trainees or work placements.
We were successful in securing £10m from the Big Lottery Fund for a new project called Liverpool Waves of Hope, which will deliver support for people with multiple and complex needs in Liverpool.
We were also named the Government’s Help to Buy Agent for the North West, building on our strong track record as a specialist in affordable home ownership which was recently extended to 2017.
