Sovereign provides over 55,000 affordable homes across the south and south west of England and the Isle of Wight. As part of their work to provide Great Homes and Great Communities, every year Sovereign aims to support 500 residents towards employment and training with 150 of those securing jobs and one third taking up training or voluntary work. Sovereign also runs a successful apprenticeship scheme, giving more than 30 people each year the chance to kick-start their career.
