Torus Foundation is the charitable arm of Torus, the largest social homes provider in the North West with over 40,000 homes. Torus is unlocking potential by reinvesting profits into Torus Foundation, enabling the charity to empower customers and the wider communities across Liverpool, St Helens and Warrington.
Torus Foundation works with key partners to deliver a comprehensive range of projects covering employment and training, health and wellbeing, financial and digital inclusion and youth engagement.
In 2021/22 Torus Foundation:
- Supported 1,004 people into gaining a job
- Enabled 552 people to learn new qualifications
- Worked with 1,898 individuals through digital inclusion activities to improve basic IT skills and improve confidence online
