VIVID is one of the largest housing associations in Hampshire, managing around 30,000 homes across the county. Our business plan is very strong, setting out how we will play a part in solving the housing crisis through development of new homes whilst maintaining a high level of service to our customers.
Through innovation and efficiency, we’ll use our financial capacity to grow the business, adopting a more commercial focus to drive performance.
To meet our aims, we’ll work with a range of funders to ensure we have the right mix of funding which is cost-effectively structured to provide the necessary investment funds and maintain liquidity. This includes an appropriate mix of bond and bank finance.
